âą Identify, engage and qualify HR decision-makers to generate business opportunities. âą Conduct multichannel prospecting activities (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.). âą Understand the business and HR challenges of contacts. âą Rigorously qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives. âą Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
âą 1 year of experience in B2B prospecting. âą Comfortable using digital tools, including AI tools. âą Ability to craft relevant, attention-grabbing outreach. âą A genuine competitive spirit and a strong appetite for challenge. âą Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
