📋 Description

‱ Identify, engage and qualify HR decision-makers to generate business opportunities. ‱ Conduct multichannel prospecting activities (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.). ‱ Understand the business and HR challenges of contacts. ‱ Rigorously qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives. ‱ Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 1 year of experience in B2B prospecting. ‱ Comfortable using digital tools, including AI tools. ‱ Ability to craft relevant, attention-grabbing outreach. ‱ A genuine competitive spirit and a strong appetite for challenge. ‱ Fluency in English and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
