📋 Description

• Act as the first-line legal point of contact for Sales, Order Management (ADV), Product and IT teams • Respond to client questionnaires and requests related to data protection, artificial intelligence and compliance • Support teams in understanding and applying legal requirements and risks • Negotiate and draft standard commercial contracts: SaaS agreements, NDAs, supplier and partnership contracts • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates • Secure the company’s commitments in a fast-growing business environment • Contribute to maintaining GDPR compliance and the AI regulatory framework (AI Act) • Participate in updating internal policies, documentation and audits • Conduct legal analyses related to regulatory developments • Maintain active legal monitoring (watch) • Help formalize and centralize legal documentation • Improve accessibility of resources for internal teams • Contribute to optimizing legal processes and tools • Train and raise awareness among teams on legal issues: GDPR, AI and contracts • Share best practices in a clear, educational manner • Work under the responsibility of the Senior Counsel and in direct contact with management • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (Master II) — ideally Digital Law / IT Law or equivalent • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a company, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment • Strong knowledge of GDPR • Genuine interest in topics related to the AI Act • Solid skills in contract law • Fluent English (C1) required — drafting and negotiating in English • Rigour, autonomy, service orientation and ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal teams
