📋 Description

• Manage executive inbox and correspondence • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments • Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slips • Prepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetings • Organize files, documents, and data for easy access • Book travel and manage itineraries • Conduct light research to support decision-making • Schedule and publish social media posts • Repurpose blogs, podcasts, or videos into short-form content • Create graphics, decks, and templates in Canva • Draft and schedule email newsletters or nurture campaigns • Manage content calendars and brand assets • Edit short videos and reels (CapCut, Canva) • Ensure content, campaigns, and brand presence are delivered consistently and on time • Collaborate one-on-one with matched clients and a Talent Success Manager to support long-term partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of marketing support or executive assistant experience • Skilled in social media tools, Canva design, and light video editing • Strong written and verbal communication skills with creativity and adaptability • Naturally proactive, consistent, and collaborative — keeps content and campaigns moving • Growth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scale
