• Partner with internal teams and external pharmaceutical clients to gather and document reporting requirements. • Translate business needs into **clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria**. • Create and manage **JIRA tickets for development teams** to build reports and dashboards. • Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs using **Salesforce data and operational program data**. • Maintain familiarity with Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships to ensure accurate reporting requirements. • Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and answer data-related questions during report development. • Validate report outputs to ensure **accuracy, consistency, and alignment with stakeholder expectations**. • Investigate discrepancies when stakeholders report incorrect or unexpected numbers. • Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and confirm reports meet requirements prior to release. • Serve as a liaison between **operations, client services, product teams, and development teams**. • Facilitate meetings to clarify reporting requirements and communicate priorities. • Provide documentation, walkthroughs, and training for newly developed reports. • Manage multiple reporting requests in an **Agile development environment**. • Ensure documentation and requirements remain organized and accessible. • Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and documentation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field**, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in a **Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Data Analyst role**. • Experience writing **requirements, user stories, and JIRA tickets for development teams**. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business needs into structured reporting requirements. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working with **Salesforce reporting or Salesforce data models**. • Experience in **patient access programs, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical hubs, or drug manufacturer support services**. • Familiarity with **healthcare data, patient journey workflows, or therapy initiation programs**. • Experience working in **Agile environments with JIRA**. • Exposure to **SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools**.
