📋 Description
• Supports the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce marketplace ecosystem • Ensures product data accuracy, campaign execution, order flow, and internal follow-ups across systems • Not a customer-facing role, but internally front-facing • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented communication across cross-functional teams to identify issues, follow through, and drive resolution • Reports directly to the Marketplace Operations Lead
🎯 Requirements
• Strong operational and analytical mindset • Solid Excel fundamentals (filters, formulas, basic pivots) • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously • Confident internal communicator (email, follow-ups, coordination) • Proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to fix • Strong follow-through until resolution is confirmed • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or operations support (preferred) • Comfortable working with data feeds, SKUs, UPCs, and inventory logic (preferred) • Experience supporting cross-functional teams (logistics, ops, sales support) (preferred)
