• Support day-to-day marketing and administrative functions of the business • Create social media graphics and promotional materials using Canva • Assist with social media content planning and scheduling • Draft and send email campaigns using Mailchimp • Support the development of nurture sequences and email automation • Assist with content creation for newsletters, blogs, and marketing campaigns • Research marketing opportunities and suggest improvements to existing processes • Update website content and event listings via Squarespace • Ensure website information remains accurate and current • Basic data entry and record keeping • Assist with expense tracking and spreadsheet management • General administrative support as required
• Previous experience in a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role • Strong Canva skills • Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms • Excellent written English and communication skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word • Ability to work independently and manage priorities • Experience with Squarespace • Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy • Experience creating email automation and nurture campaigns • Interest in wellness, yoga, holistic health, or personal development • Graphic design or content creation experience
