📋 Description
• Create and manage ticket links for all events. • Ensure event listings are live and accurate across all platforms (Eventbrite, Dice, Resident Advisor, Bandsintown, etc.). • Segment audience data and manage email + SMS marketing campaigns. • Conduct outreach to liquor brands, local businesses, and national sponsors. • Negotiate sponsorship deals (cash + in-kind support such as giveaways, drinks, activations). • Work with the content team to align campaigns with social media. • Track ROI and deliver reports on campaign performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Background in marketing, event promotion, or sponsorship sales. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience with Eventbrite, Mailchimp/HubSpot, or SMS platforms a plus. • Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and building brand partnerships. • Sales-minded and motivated by results.
