📋 Description

• Build the customer journey and funnel from lead to purchase • Collaborate with the founder on funnel and lead magnet design • Set up and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking and data capture • Identify gaps in website CRM, EPOS, and marketing workflows • Establish structures and processes for smooth day-to-day operations • Set up and manage email marketing using Klaviyo or similar platforms • Schedule and publish social media content using tools such as Buffer • Monitor and respond to reviews and customer questions • Triage the business email inbox and establish an email system • Design labels and marketing materials in Canva • Prepare print-ready assets for founder approval • Manage print procurement and track deliveries • Build and maintain supplier and competitor databases • Create SOP documentation for staff use • Research market trends and opportunities • Propose marketing campaign ideas to the founder • Set up a VoIP phone system • Support future deployment of AI agents for review responses, email triage, and supplier price tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting e-commerce, retail, or food service operations in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of automation platforms: Zapier, Make.com, and n8n • Working knowledge of AI tools/custom GPTs • Strong Canva skills • Email marketing platform experience, ideally Klaviyo; Mailchimp also acceptable • Comfortable with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer • Comfortable with Google Workspace • Strong written and spoken English • Able to turn work into clear reports the founder can act on • Design portfolio requested • Adobe Express experience is a plus • Prior food industry experience is nice to have
