📋 Description
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using a provided prospect list. • Introduce the company's digital media solutions in a professional and engaging manner. • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales representative. • Accurately update call outcomes and notes within the CRM. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively on every call. • Meet agreed KPIs relating to outbound activity and appointment generation. • Provide regular updates on outreach performance and pipeline activity
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident speaking with senior decision-makers over the phone. • Experience using CRM platforms (experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable). • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. • Reliable internet connection and a professional home working environment. • Fluent spoken and written English.
