📋 Description

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Develop engaging static graphics, carousel posts, Stories, Reels, and short-form video content. • Repurpose existing content, photography, and video assets into platform-specific content. • Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and platform-optimised copy. • Apply Instagram SEO best practices, including keyword optimisation, hashtag research, and audience targeting. • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth. • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules. • Monitor trends and recommend content opportunities to increase reach and engagement. • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications. • Build and maintain automated email sequences, workflows, and customer journeys. • Manage audience segmentation and subscriber lists. • Monitor campaign performance and optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. • Research and identify potential wedding vendors and industry partners. • Conduct outreach through Instagram and other relevant platforms. • Build and maintain relationships with prospective vendors and collaborators. • Assist with monthly content planning and campaign development. • Conduct competitor research and market analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally. • Strong content creation skills across multiple platforms. • Experience creating Reels and short-form video content. • Understanding of social media growth and engagement strategies. • Experience with email marketing platforms and automations. • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. • Strong organisational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Desirable: Experience within the wedding, events, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors. • Pinterest marketing experience. • Influencer or vendor outreach experience. • Experience building customer journeys and email automation workflows. • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
