📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day data analysis and deliver reports and insights for internal stakeholders and client-related requests • Identify, locate, extract, and consolidate data from multiple sources • Use artificial intelligence tools to support data research, consolidation, analysis, and reporting while verifying output accuracy • Monitor and assess data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy • Investigate data discrepancies, document findings, open tickets, and drive issues through completion • Create, maintain, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and business metrics • Support data initiatives including Device IQ and Protection Index • Manage multiple workstreams and ensure tasks and issues remain on track • Communicate findings, progress, risks, and recommended actions to business and technical stakeholders • Document data sources, processes, assumptions, and analysis for repeatability and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis in a technical environment, data operations, or a related role • Experience extracting, analyzing, validating, and reporting data from multiple sources • Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI or comparable reporting and visualization tools • Ability to investigate ambiguous requests, identify needed data, and independently develop practical solutions • Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to data quality and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple assignments, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive requests • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams • Interest in and practical understanding of responsible artificial intelligence tool use • Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience (preferred) • Experience with data quality assurance, dashboard validation, issue management, or operational reporting (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce, Oracle databases, APIs, web services, or ETL tools (preferred) • Exposure to Python, R, SQL Server Integration Services, or SQL Server Reporting Services (preferred) • Experience supporting internal customers or responding to time-sensitive business requests (preferred)
