• Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the global strategic plan for Service Optimization Solutions (SOS), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives • Drive Global Execution: Deploy the vision consistently across regions, integrating SOS into existing structures and building new support where needed • Flawless Implementations: Oversee new client and program launches, ensuring smooth execution and meeting all global SOS objectives • Performance Excellence: Monitor key metrics, identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance • Process Optimization: Ensure partner processes deliver the desired customer experience & align teams with program objectives and equip them with resources to achieve success • Support Growth: Collaborate with Client Engagement and Business Development teams on RFPs and existing business opportunities • Pilot Management: Design, launch, and monitor pilots to ensure compliance with methodology and deliver measurable results • Culture Leadership: Champion innovation, curiosity, and disciplined execution to establish new ways of doing business
• B.S./B.A. degree required • 10+ years in client and program implementation leadership • 7+ years in strategic planning and execution • Proven ability to set short- and long-term vision and goals • Data-driven approach leveraging consumer insights and analytics • Knowledge of big box retail major appliances operations • Experience with extended service contracts • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
