📋 Description

• You shape and implement — together with the team you develop innovative solutions for the successful delivery of our client projects and programs across various industries. • You contribute your strengths — acting as the interface between IT, business units and management, you handle stakeholder management and project communication. • You maintain a broad perspective — as a generalist you are ready to build IT and industry knowledge and use your ability to think beyond immediate boundaries. • You will gain experience in project management — in client projects you will create project plans, conduct risk analyses, and design and facilitate workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • Internships in project management or consulting are an advantage. • You present yourself as personable and persuasive. • Analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills, and a proactive working style are among your strengths. • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken. • You are willing to travel and are happy to work on-site at client locations. • You are curious, communicative, good-humored, empathetic, and passionate about working in a team.
