📋 Description

• Ensure a project's success by specifying goals, strategy, and staffing. • Schedule project deliverables, track milestones and progress, identify required tasks and risks, develop contingency plans, and allocate available resources. • Manage client-signed contracts, all commercial agreements, and all project documentation. • Ensure the appropriate billability of project hours by allocating time and expenses to the proper charge codes. • Ensure timely submission of resource forecasts. • Build effective relationships by using highly developed soft skills. • Identifies, resolves, and documents client-side and internal issues. • Management of resources and customers across multiple international time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years of project management experience. • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment to prospect and develop new business. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects • Experience working with virtual project teams • Strong organizational skills. • Travel as required (up to 20%). • PMP certification preferred. • Experience with AI tools preferred.
