📋 Description

• Directing the implementation of one or more large-scale Dynamics 365 implementation projects. • Managing project deliverables, scope & expectations. • Providing leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project. • Developing and managing detailed project plans, cost estimates, and communication plans. • Driving project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation. • Proactively communicating and reporting status to executives and stakeholders. • Collaborating with technical project team members to achieve project goals. • Employing project management leading practices and providing leadership to project team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM a plus) • Experience with IT implementation methodologies across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation • Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision. • Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance • Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders • Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills • Bachelor's degree required • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
