📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data transformation for full-system migrations from acquired entities • Analyze and interpret source data from systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, and other CRMs • Translate acquired entity data into formats compatible with Salesforce CPQ and ERP processes • Evaluate and rebuild data structures to align with GAAP-compliant revenue recognition • Identify, clean, and correct data inconsistencies and gaps • Develop a deep understanding of revenue recognition policies, sales processes, and product structures, contracting and billing models • Collaborate cross-functionally with acquired entity accounting and operations teams, as well as Internal sales, finance, and systems teams across organizations • Participate in discovery sessions to ensure accurate data interpretation • Perform data validation and reconciliation post-migration • Identify discrepancies and drive issue resolution • Support broader PMSI team initiatives, including testing and process improvement, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in data transformation, systems integration, or revenue operations • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including exposure to CPQ or similar tools • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reconciliation • Working familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems • Solid understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles • Proven ability to work with complex and incomplete datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business models • Excellent English communication skills and ability to translate business processes into data logic.
