📋 Description
• Help recruit top talent for various positions • Partner with hiring managers to manage multiple requisitions • Conduct full-cycle recruitment duties including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and making offers • Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee experience • Support all talent acquisition functions for Mexico, US, and Canada open roles
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting or HR • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal • Degree, certificate, or equivalent combination of work experience in a professional environment • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools • Interest in and experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives • Strong familiarity with technical recruiting and hiring in the software industry or for related roles • Reside in Mexico
