⢠Acquire and manage new customers through research, networking, and cold calling ⢠Analyze and qualify leads ⢠Maintain existing customer relationships and document activities in the CRM ⢠Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and the Sales team ⢠Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in-person meetings ⢠Analyze sales figures and derive appropriate actions
đŻ Requirements
⢠Completed degree in Print and Media Technology or commercial training; alternatively, professional experience in the printing industry ⢠Strong communication and negotiation skills ⢠Experience with CRM/ERP systems ⢠Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage ⢠Willingness to travel and strong commitment to the role ⢠Good written and spoken English is desirable
