📋 Description

• Point of contact for owners, asset managers and tenants • Monitoring, adjusting and enforcing lease contractual rights and obligations • Review and approval of invoices as well as invoicing, payment and receivables management • Preparation and review of service charge/utility reconciliations • Budget preparation and controlling • Preparation of client-specific reporting • Organization of technical and structural maintenance for managed properties • Management and supervision of external service providers • Tendering, awarding and billing of services • Handling insurance claims • Acceptance and handover of leased areas and conducting property viewings

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Professional experience in property or asset management is desirable • Confident, service-oriented manner when dealing with tenants, clients and external service providers • Good MS Office skills • Goal-oriented, structured, committed and reliable working style • Resilience, initiative, teamwork and flexibility
