📋 Description

• Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse big data sources • Perform statistical modeling and analyze structured and unstructured datasets • Develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns • Lead development and coding of software programs, algorithms, and automated processes for cleansing, integrating, and evaluating large datasets • Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources • Interpret and communicate insights and findings to product, service, and business managers • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges and present them to the executive board • Create data visualizations • Lead and mentor team members • Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms • Troubleshoot and test database technical issues with the development team • Independently analyze datasets to identify opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency • Perform data quality assurance to identify potential gaps • Assemble large, complex datasets meeting functional and non-functional business requirements • Collaborate with data and analytics experts to improve data-system functionality • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year college or university and 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Ability to network with key contacts outside own area of expertise • Excellent analytical skills and strong verbal communication skills • Experience working with Big Data to provide EDA to senior team leads • SQL skills, including creating and modifying macros and creating dashboards using SQL coding • Excellent written communication skills • High level of attention to detail • Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data and identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, and patterns in complex datasets • Proficiency in data engineering on GCP, AWS, and Azure • Proficiency in Python, R, and TensorFlow • Experience using AI/ML and Generative AI for analytics, modelling, and data science • Ability to perform office-related tasks, use a computer, communicate effectively, and move within an office environment • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
