📋 Description

• Lead modeling, data analytics, and pricing support for major clients and corporate initiatives • Lead quoting and pricing approvals, supporting sales teams with complex deal structuring • Support budgeting for revenue, COGs, headcount, service offerings, expenses, balance sheet, and other analyses • Calculate monthly forecasts, BOD reporting packages, and annual and long-term planning • Identify and track performance measures, leading indicators, and associated drivers • Review information to identify inconsistencies, trends, and issues for management • Maintain consistent processes and standard formats; design reporting summaries and scorecards • Identify forecast opportunities and risks and analyze their impact • Create scenario models for revenue, COGs, expenses, and headcount • Communicate concerns and required actions to management and executive teams • Lead reporting automation and assist with decision-support tool assessment and implementation • Help define and coordinate Astreya Results Management operational metrics processes • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions • Understanding of general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations • Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public • Experience solving practical problems and handling a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form • Experience with general ledger and accounting practices • Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness
