📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile transition budgets for each new client • Work with the Transition team, On-account team, and Finance Lead to ensure transition budget accuracy • Communicate with Corporate Accountants to complete journal entries for transition-related expenses • Improve budget tracking process efficiency and reporting • Assist Finance Leads with transitions as needed • Manage the Transition Team Site, including user access, folder creation, and link updates • Develop and update transition plans to track progress toward the implementation date • Alternate for the Team Lead when unavailable or provide additional support for client transition lead and JLL Account representative contact • Set up systems including E-1 accounting platform, Corrigo, and Bottom-line AP • Walk through financial processes and procedures with the finance team • Prepare initial client funding requests, update the funding log, and record client billing • Update the funding log, record cash receipts, process payments, and update the cash log after client cash is received

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 3-5 years of relevant work experience • Strong Excel skills • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of and commitment to client service • Desire to work within a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative, and driven team environment • Ability to work 40 scheduled weekly hours
