📋 Description

• Own tracking and closure of program action items across global delivery teams, maintaining schedules, owners, and due dates • Escalate risks to the Senior Manager before they affect commitments • Drive small to medium initiatives end to end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, status reporting, and formal closure • Provide project coordination and communications capacity, including trackers, reporting, meeting cadences, templates, and process documentation • Draft, edit, and publish internal communications across established channels • Coordinate intake and information flow between teams, ensuring requests are routed, tracked, and closed out • Produce recurring reports on program health, action status, and initiative progress for senior leadership and client review • Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes, templates, and communication practices • Collaborate with delivery leads, Account Management, the VMO, and client stakeholders across a global, cross-functional organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in project management within corporate IT, managed services, or a comparable services environment • Demonstrated experience in a dedicated or embedded client support model • Experience standing up a new team, function, or workstream, including building trackers, cadences, and reporting • Strong business writing ability, with experience drafting communications for a global audience • Ability to communicate effectively across technical delivery teams, senior leadership, and client contacts in a matrixed organization • Ability to prioritize a varied workload independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment • Proficiency with Google Workspace, AI tools, and work management or project tracking tools • Willingness to maintain regular working overlap with US time zones
