📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions improving Astreya’s IT managed services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML integration opportunities • Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and automated incident response • Implement NLP solutions for service desk operations and customer interactions • Create and optimize algorithms for data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis • Work on computer vision projects for IT asset management and security surveillance • Develop AI-powered automation for network management and cybersecurity threat detection • Research emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies • Collaborate with data engineers on high-quality AI/ML data pipelines • Participate in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment • Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and best practices • Ensure AI/ML solutions comply with industry standards and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years focused on AI/ML development • Strong proficiency in Python or Java • Extensive experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles • Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and LLMs • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and AI/ML services • Background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and mathematics • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or ML • Preferred: AI/ML experience in IT operations, network management, or cybersecurity • Preferred: MLOps, Hadoop, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, open-source contributions or research publications, and ethical AI knowledge
