• Manage Service Delivery & Operational Excellence • Execute HR, PRO, and GRO services for clients such as visa processing, employee registration, insurance issuance, certificate renewals, and residency management. • Maintain exceptional accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks and services. • Keep all systems and trackers (ClickUp, internal CRMs, Excel sheets, etc.) updated with at least 95% accuracy. • Execute services through government platforms such as QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. • Liaise with government entities (MISA, MC, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) online and in person when required. • Maintain and enhance documentation, SOPs, and process checklists to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability. • Log working hours in relevant tracking systems and maintain an optimal utilization rate. • Ensure all deliverables and updates are recorded systematically for reporting and compliance purposes. • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or delays and coordinate solutions within your scope of work. • Stay updated on evolving regulations and adapt workflows accordingly. • Share learnings and updates with peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of HR, PRO, and GRO processes in Saudi Arabia • Skilled in using government portals such as QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and similar systems • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English • Proven ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining quality and compliance • A proactive learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to new systems or regulations quickly • Integrity, ownership, and reliability, you take pride in doing things right and on time.
