📋 Description

• Manage the smooth delivery of VISIT software projects • Provide expert support and advice to customers and service partners • Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets • Technically configure and customize the software solution to meet individual customer requirements • Ensure seamless implementation in accordance with technical specifications • Train customer administrators and users • Act as a liaison between Development and Sales to ensure seamless communication and collaboration • Support pre-sales and after-sales activities by participating in on-site presentations and accompanying the team at trade fairs • Manage an assigned customer base beyond the project lifecycle • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers • Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement • Help customers maximize the value they derive from VISIT

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business information systems or technical training, such as IT specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also welcome • Solid practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs • Strong understanding of technical interrelationships and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly • Experience in project management, software implementation, software support, or consulting • IPMA certification is an advantage • Strong team player with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Very good German and English skills • Applications should include a CV detailing technical skills, degree and employment certificates, possible start date, and salary expectations
