• Conduct active prospecting of customers and construction projects (painters, contractors, architects, and companies) • Make daily external visits, presenting the product portfolio, new releases, and promotional campaigns • Negotiate prices, deadlines, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies • Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders, ensuring clarity of information and compliance with deadlines • Maintain ongoing relationships with the customer base, promoting loyalty and repeat business • Map ongoing projects and opportunities to anticipate purchasing needs • Record all interactions and results in the CRM or commercial control spreadsheet • Work together with the internal team to ensure deliveries and post-sale support • Participate in technical trainings and incentive campaigns promoted by Atacadão das Tintas and partners • Uphold the brand's image and reputation during visits and market contacts
• High school diploma (technical or higher education in commercial areas or construction-related fields preferred) • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in paints, construction, or finishing materials • Valid Category B driver's license • Basic knowledge of paint types, applications, and finishes • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a professional commercial demeanor • Organizational skills and discipline to follow routes and meet visit targets
