• Analyze submissions received via the Ombudsman Channel; • Mediate with responsible departments through the internal system; • Evaluate responses from involved areas and route cases according to defined criteria; • Close Ombudsman cases with the complainants, ensuring clarity and quality in the response; • Gather and consolidate data and indicators related to submissions; • Support and advise internal departments on Ombudsman procedures and workflows; • Handle correspondence via e-mail; • Participate in in-person interviews at Atento units with complainants, reporters, or witnesses; • Make telephone contact with leadership when necessary;
• Current or previous experience in administrative functions; • Target level: Assistants and Junior Analysts; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; • Availability to travel between Atento units in São Paulo; • Preferred: Experience in Corporate Ombudsman roles; • Knowledge of Back Office processes; • Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus; • Competencies: active listening, empathy, and ethical conduct; • Clear and assertive verbal and written communication; • Analytical ability and attention to detail; • Organizational skills and a sense of priorities; • Proactivity and problem-solving skills; • Discretion and confidentiality in handling information; • Interpersonal skills and capacity for mediation;
