• Inbound support to students via phone and WhatsApp to probe and understand the reasons for enrollment cancellation; • Execute procedures in internal systems to retain the student and prevent them from leaving the college; • Identify the student’s needs and provide practical, objective solutions; • Use systems to record interactions and perform service-related actions.
• Be at least 18 years old; • Minimum education: High school diploma; • Good communication skills; • Sales experience is a plus; • Negotiation and persuasion skills; • Basic computer skills and typing.
