📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy to adults, adolescents, and/or children navigating behavioral health challenges • That means assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, progress notes, and regular collaboration with the broader care team • You'll keep your documentation timely and accurate in our EMR, maintain your licensure, and show up as a thoughtful, engaged member of the team

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field • Tennessee licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) and able to practice without supervision • Prior experience providing mental health services preferred • BLS Certification preferred • Comfortable with EMR systems and standard tech tools • HIPAA-savvy and committed to ethical, patient-centered practice
