📋 Description

• Provide technical support to company employees; • Provide first-level support (Help Desk/Service Desk); • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, software, and peripherals; • Assist in managing access, users, and permissions; • Support monitoring and organization of IT infrastructure; • Log and track technical tickets; • Assist with maintenance of networks, VPNs, and equipment; • Support the IT team with internal improvements and automations; • Provide remote support to employees; • Assist with inventory routines and IT asset management.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, or a related field • Knowledge or practical experience with AWS — considered a desirable plus • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude for interacting with internal users • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
