📋 Description

• Analyze and map processes to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements; • Develop and implement process automations aimed at increasing efficiency, standardization, and reducing manual tasks; • Structure, clean, and organize data used in automations, ensuring quality, integrity, and reliability of information; • Support the creation of reports and metrics based on data generated by automated processes; • Prepare technical and functional documentation for developed automations, ensuring clarity and ease of maintenance; • Perform manual and automated testing to validate automations, ensuring stability and adequate performance; • Collaborate with end-to-end testing and QA teams to ensure delivery quality; • Monitor and maintain automations in the production environment, identifying and resolving potential failures or inconsistencies; • Contribute continuous improvement suggestions based on data analysis and the performance of automated processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of programming logic; • Knowledge of JavaScript for developing automations; • Basic knowledge of databases and data structures; • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing information; • Basic knowledge of version control (Git); • Debugging skills and ability to solve technical problems; • Analytical thinking; • Organized with strong attention to detail; • Clear and concise communication; • Proactive with a strong interest in continuous improvement.
