📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end building projects in Umluj, KSA. • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. • Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for residential building and hotels contracts. • Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. • Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans. • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials. • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management. • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. • Oversee cost control, resource allocation, and risk management. • Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. • Proven experience in managing buildings projects in KSA. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. • Time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
