📋 Description
• Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early. • Provide strategic advice on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial terms. • Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution processes. • Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed. • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Support tendering processes, including drafting RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract awards. • Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards. • Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.
