📋 Description

• Provide professional supervision to social work staff and serve as the facility’s Alternate Program Administrator. • Responsible for oversight of social work services, ensuring compliance with state behavioral health standards and professional practice requirements. • Review and approve biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries as part of ongoing quality oversight. • Participate in compliance and quality-improvement meetings to support the integrity and effectiveness of clinical services. • Maintain regular contact with the Program Administrator to discuss staff development, documentation trends, and regulatory readiness. • Oversee adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and patient rights. • Provide interim administrative oversight of daily operations, staff coordination, and compliance functions when acting as Alternate Program Administrator. • Participate in periodic audits or surveys to ensure continued program compliance and quality performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing (required). • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. • Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting. (Required) • Strong understanding of documentation standards, multidisciplinary collaboration, and behavioral health compliance requirements. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Comfortable working remotely with structured check-ins and timely correspondence.
