• Generate and qualify business opportunities with senior-level contacts (C-Level and Directors) at banks and financial services companies across LATAM, through personalized multichannel outreach, to build pipeline for the senior sales team. • Conduct outreach to C-Level executives and Directors at banks and financial services companies in LATAM • Execute multichannel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling) in Spanish • Research accounts and contacts — corporate news, events, executive moves, and social media activity (LinkedIn, X) — for the company and the contact, to personalize outreach • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team • Manage leads in CRM (Bitrix24) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Prospeo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or lead generation • Experience in or interest in the financial and professional services sector • Strong research skills and ability to personalize outreach based on account and contact data • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (Bitrix24, Apollo, Prospeo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish • Proactive, organized, results-driven, comfortable working toward prospecting and scheduling targets.
