• Prospect, qualify, and engage new leads across English- and Spanish-speaking markets • Run outbound and inbound sales conversations via phone, email, and chat • Partner with the founder to design and refine sales workflows, scripts, and playbooks • Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, tracking, and reporting • Test messaging and outreach approaches, then help formalize what works into repeatable process • Provide market and customer feedback to inform product and pricing decisions • Support the transition from founder-led sales to a scalable, documented sales system
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable • Prior experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing roles (SaaS or app-based products a plus) • Comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-moving, low-process environment • Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently • Organized and process-minded — excited to help build systems, not just follow them • Self-starter who's equally comfortable on the phone and in a spreadsheet or CRM • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
