📋 Description

• Provide an independent perspective in underwriting and managing complex Wholesale Banking loans • Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit Portfolio Managers in delivering credit solutions • Lead the independent underwriting process for new and renewal opportunities • Provide in-depth analysis of financial statements and credit risk management deliverables • Prepare detailed financial projections within provided solutions or Excel spreadsheets • Manage assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • Seven or more years of experience in a commercial lending environment • Experience across multiple lines of business, including Commercial & Industrial, real estate development and builder lines etc. • Advanced written and analytical skills for analyzing balance sheet structure, income and cash flow trends • Experience with financial statement spreading and proficiency in preparing pro-forma statements within Moody's or other software • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
