• You’ll operate as the right hand to the founders, and eventually step into the “Integrator” seat. • Run the business day-to-day: strategy, execution, optimization. • Lead a global team across sales, operations, data, and growth. • Own the machine: workflows, reporting, tools, accountability. • Drive retention, customer success, and scale delivery systems. • Own the P&L and operational roadmap. • Think and act like a co-founder.
