📋 Description

• This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role with a clear focus on outcomes. • You’ll be responsible for leading, managing, and coaching our Growth Team (SDRs) while partnering directly with leadership on client success, campaign strategy, and performance improvements. • We don’t just want someone to “manage people.” We want a builder: someone who can set up scalable processes, coach reps into high performers, optimize workflows using AI/automation, and actively drive client success alongside our leadership team. • You should have a sales/business development background and be capable of having strategic, high-level discussions with clients about lead generation, pipeline building, and sales growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation. • 1–2+ years of experience managing SDRs/BDRs or sales teams. • Fluent in English (German is a major plus — many of our clients are from the DACH region). • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. • Highly organized, structured thinker with a bias toward action and ownership. • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and unafraid to challenge the team and clients when needed. • Comfortable running client-facing meetings, workshops, and strategic discussions. • Bonus: Experience implementing systems/processes, building SOPs, and using automation/AI tools to improve workflows.
