• Provide internal infrastructure support for internal systems • Support Windows 11 Laptops, Desktops, Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, VOIP system • Use ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect • Collaborate with internal infrastructure team and report to Internal Support Manager • Work remotely and collaborate with teams across different time zones
• 4-6 years of IT experience/administration • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Customer Service experience • Windows 11 troubleshooting skills including knowledge of PowerShell • Support/use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect • Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID) • Fluency in English is required
