📋 Description

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude • Solve problems and create positive experiences for every customer • Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction • Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems • Work closely with the team to keep improving the service provided • Represent a global brand

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch • Good English • Strong communication and active listening skills • A problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy and a positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal) • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum B2 English • C1+ level in the working language • Resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
