📋 Description

• Handle general inquiries on car documentation, including service history • Book appointments with dealerships • Provide recall details and dealership information • Explain warranty coverage • Provide breakdown assistance and dispatch a technician to the location • Provide recovery assistance and arrange vehicle transportation to the dealership • Support customers with car app utilization, questions, and troubleshooting • Provide high-quality customer service for Mercedes-Benz in Greece

🎯 Requirements

• German proficiency is mandatory • Fluent English • Customer-oriented and a results-driven approach • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment • Passion for the automotive industry is a plus, but not mandatory • 1-month probation period • 40 hours/week
