• Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email • Solve problems and create positive customer experiences • Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards • Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems • Work closely with the team to improve service • Represent a global brand

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch • Good English • Strong communication and active listening skills • Problem-solving, can-do mindset • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools • Patience, empathy and positive attitude • Availability to work in shifts • Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit) • CV must be sent in English • Resident of a country within the European Union
