📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collection efforts using voice and written channels • Negotiate payments • Assist with funding of accounts • Research and resolve collections-related inquiries via phone • Educate customers on account history and products • Explain the company's protection policy for products with protections • Advise customers on managing funding transactions • Support and tag vulnerable customers • Provide insolvency support • Secure a commitment or promise to pay at a later date • Take action on accounts • Arrange call-backs at a more convenient time or date • Forward or transfer customers to alternate teams such as Customer Service • Update company systems with basic notes regarding call outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2) • English level B2 or higher • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment • Resident of a country within the European Union • CV must be sent in English
