📋 Description
• Track and record benefits (transportation allowance, food allowance, medical coverage, etc.) • Organize and manage area-related documents, such as contracts, medical certificates, and declarations • Monitor and verify employees' electronic and manual time records • Assist employees with questions about payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Enter and update data in the payroll system
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma (completed) • Basic computer skills • Sales or collections techniques • Strong verbal communication skills • Target-driven and results-oriented • Record activity information in the system • Provide service in accordance with the company's policy manual • Flexible availability
