📋 Description

• Manage the Founder’s inbox and calendar, ensuring priorities stay protected • Handle communication follow-ups and scheduling to keep leadership focused on strategy • Assist with preparation of meeting briefs, summaries, and follow-ups • Post and manage LinkedIn content and engagement for the Founder • Build lead lists and maintain CRM workflows in HubSpot • Coordinate hiring processes (interview scheduling, candidate briefs, follow-ups) • Track tasks and initiatives across tools like Asana or Notion • Create and maintain SOPs and internal documentation • Identify gaps in workflows and propose improvements • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools) to draft content, summarize information, and accelerate execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in operations, executive support, project coordination, or similar roles • Experience supporting founders, executives, or small teams • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Strong written and spoken English communication • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Slack • Experience working remotely with distributed teams • Helpful experience includes: • CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) • Project management tools (Asana, Notion, ClickUp) • Process documentation / SOP creation • LinkedIn or social media coordination • AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools)
