• 2–4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, Screaming Frog) • Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and link building • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to make decisions and recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines • Nice to Have Experience with content strategy, copywriting, or blog management • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools • Experience optimizing websites for multiple markets or languages
