📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of closeout documentation collection, organization, validation, and delivery for commercial construction projects • Collect closeout documentation from general contractors and their subcontractors throughout construction • Organize documentation in our DataSphere platform by system, room, manufacturer, and drawing number • Audit documentation packages for completeness and accuracy before delivery • Work directly with project managers, project engineers, and subcontractors to collect documentation • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of completion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years working with construction documentation, project management, or facilities management • Familiarity with construction closeout processes and typical documentation requirements • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications • Proficiency with document management systems and cloud-based platforms • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track hundreds of documents across multiple projects
