📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies • Align delivery objectives with business goals and stakeholder priorities • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope • Engage customers and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and resolve feedback • Present project progress, roadmaps, and strategic updates to leadership • Drive the implementation and optimization of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies • Lead program and release activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in project/program management delivering complex, end-user-facing solutions • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives • Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe frameworks • Experience across the full product and solution lifecycle (concept through delivery and optimization)
